DIANE FRIEBEL

A state Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, is the owner and Senior Appraiser of Friebel-Boyd Appraisal Services with over 30 years experience in the appraisal industry. She has extensive knowledge of the Shasta County real estate market having grown up in Redding.

Her work experience encompasses appraising within the banking industry as well as contracting for individuals.  Appraising homes for trusts and estates is her specialty.   She is actively involved with the real estate community, and is a prior recipient of the prestigious Affiliate of the Year award from the Shasta County Association of Realtors.
